New Year’s Goals

You may have several New Year’s resolutions for your practice. I recommend picking just one of them and working on that, making it a part of your practice behavior, rather than trying to do five things at once and watch them all fade away in three months. Decide to call all new patients and welcome them to the practice. Or start recording front desk calls for coaching purposes to improve those skills. One thing. In fact, pick the easiest one. Then you’ll see permanent results.
